Terms of Service & BOUNDRIES

i hold the right to refuse business to anyone at any point during the design process.after design confirmation HALF of the original price will be paid to hold the commission spot, the remaining balance will be paid after completion & before you receive the final product.
- if i can not complete the commission with reasonable expectation you will be fully reimbursed.
[ you will not be reimbursed for any taxes that may occur ]
- any revisions after final payment will result in an extra charge.i use CashApp for payment. no refunds.
all payments must be made in USD $$

as the artist i...- Maintain the rights to post my work in any form. although! I will not post pieces upon request. I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. I also maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising.- only work with finished character designs, not descriptions. a sketch alone is fine. i dont do "ground up" design work.- do not provide complex backgrounds but can draw certain complex elements. Please check with me in advance if you're unsure. Decorative backgrounds (patterns & abstract) are included in the base price. If you require additional elements that need to be hand-drawn or shaded (such as flowers, objects, etc) the price will vary depending on complexity.

as the client...-you may NOT use your commission for a profit.-you can edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. DO NOT remove watermarks. if the crop renders the watermark unreadable provide credit to one of my art accounts.- You can order a priority commission when you want to skip the wait-list and get the commissions done by a deadline. The priority fee is up to 50-70% of the original price. i'm not an artist full-time, i may refuse based on too many irl engagements.
(i need at least 24hr for a basic commission as to not rush and sacrifice quality.)

Don'ts; full mechs & full armor, anthro/furry, vehicles, complex backgrounds
